Säljare av aktierna är Creandum som genom affären minskar sitt ägande i Jays AB till 4,7%. Transferator AB blir genom förvärvet Jays största enskilda aktieägare.

Jays signs French distribution deal
Swedish earphone manufacturer Jays AB (publ) has signed an agreement with leading French distributor Xtrium for its entire product line.
Jays, the Swedish manufacturer of premium portable media player accessories, has boosted its international distribution yet again with the signing of an agreement with leading French distributor Xtrium. The partnership is an important step in Jays drive to cover the entire European market.

Hot on the heels of the launch of the new iPhone 4, Swedish headphone manufacturer Jays releases a custom, high-quality stereo music headset, a-JAYS Four iPhone (*), based on its new model line a-JAYS.
Swedish Jays AB (publ) has reinforced its new range of a-JAYS headphones with a-JAYS Four iPhone. This custom headset has been designed specifically for the iPhone 4 and comes equipped with a simple control with three buttons with a secure grip on one of the headphone cords.

Jays signs distribution agreement for Sweden with Order Hemelektronik
Swedish earphone manufacturer Jays AB (publ) has signed a distribution agreement with Order Hemelektronik AB, one of Sweden´s leading suppliers of consumer electronics.
Jays has entered into a partnership with Order Hemelektronik AB to supply the Swedish market with its unrivalled quality earphones. Order Hemelektronik is a leading distributor with 60 employees and a turnover of more than SEK 1.2 bilion. The company supplies products to a number of leading Swedish retailers, including ONOFF and Siba.

Jays signs Australian distribution deal
Swedish earphone manufacturer Jays AB (publ) has signed an agreement expanding its cooperation with Smart IT Australia Pty Ltd to distribute its full range to the Asian Pacific market.
Jays has developed a strong international reputation over the last 12 months thanks to a number of five star product reviews in key media. This increased exposure has generated a surge in demand for Jays products in the Asian Pacific region. The deal with Smart IT Australia Pty Ltd aims to meet this demand head on.
